1. How do I track my shipment?

You can call or email us at any time for prompt information about a particular shipment, including its current delivery status and location.

2. If my shipment needs special attention who do I contact?

Our company is capable of handling almost any size freight. If your freight requires special consideration, call us prior to the pick up so that we can plan ahead to ensure your needs are met.

3. How much time do we need to give you for a pick up of a shipment?

Quality Transport always appreciate as much notice time as possible, we usually require 2 to 3 hour notice before the pick up for all truckload or less-than-truckload (LTL) services but please keep in mind if you have to call us at the last minute, we will of course do our best to get your shipment delivered on time.

4. How should the shipment be packed?

Items should be packed in cardboard boxes and placed on skids. Each box should have a sticker on it with the description of the contents inside and the quantity. Skids should be shrink wraped tight so the boxes don't move when transported.

5. How do I obtain a proof of delivery of my shipment?

You can obtain a proof of delivery by calling our customer service

6. How do I ship Large or oversized items?

Quality Transport can handle most oversized and overweight shipments. Please call our sales representative ahead so we can make arrangements with our preferred network of specialized freight carriers to ensure safe and on time delivery.
